We have eaten here a few times in the past and noticed the signs advertising new management and new menus and thought we would give it a try again. Past experiences hadn't been great. What a surprise to see massive differences, the staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was amazing. We decided to have one of their platters to share as a starter, wow wow wow, we had the Teriyaki beef with, mixed seafood, sweet potato chips and spicy chicken wings, with extra bread and oil. My wife opted for the locally sourced Ellison's sausage and mash and I had the homemade steak and ale pie, the portions were generous but it was so good we took desserts as well, all washed down with a lovely bottle of red from their new wine list. Now whoever is driving this tram shed at the moment really knows what they are doing. Food - Amazing, Staff - Amazing, Atmosphere - Amazing, Wines - Amazing, IN GENERAL - OUT OF THIS WORLD. I will be back and back and back. Its so good to get fresh healthy unfried food all prepared on site.

I have eaten here many times and found the food to be excellent, plenty of choice and large portions. The service and ambience is very good. I would recommend this to anyone wanting something a bit more that pub food.

I visited the Old Tramshed on sat 17 march. Its the first time ive dined their, I normally just go for a drink, and me and my three friends were very impressed!! The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent!! The best way to describe it was Genuine! We had pre-dinner drinks in the diners lounge and then went upstairs on the balcony where the atmosphere was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and ive already booked again

I recently visited the old tramshed with my wife and a couple of our friends.  It thought I would leave a  comment to say how much we all enjoyed the evening. We had drinks in the bar area first which had a great atmosphere then went upstairs for a fabulous meal. The girls who served us upstairs were really friendly and helpful. Best off all though was the food my lamb shank was very and tender and a hearty portion, the rest all  had nothing but praise to say about their meals either. Thanks very much and we will be booking again very soon.

I can't wait for Mark Morris' return to the tramshed. I came down last time with a few of my mates and we had a  fantastic night. The venue lends itself perfectly to this type of gig with the close standing downstairs and  those looking down from the balcony, helping provide a really intimate feel to the gig. Mark himself was  brilliant his voice was as good as ever and with the help of a few peroni's helped me roll back the years and feel like I was in my twenties again. I've got my ticket for next time and hope it will be another top night.

As a real ale lover I was pleased to find a good selection of hand pulled cask ales to rival any 'real ale' pub in the area. On my last visit the mixture of more established beers like tetleys cask and black sheep best and ones from local micro breweries like Saltaire blonde and leeds pale made for a great evening. I will definitely be bringing some of my ale drinking friends back soon. Keep up the good work!
