Glen from the Birkby Cheese Co sources the finest cheeses from throughout the British Isles and Europe and also supply high quality cured meats, oils and marinated olives. He works closely with small artisan and farmhouse producers to deliver fresh quality food from a creamy Loire Valley goats cheese to a perfectly matured Yorkshire Blue. Glen also provides a bespoke cheese wedding cake service, from a simple 3 tiers of local Yorkshire cheese to a more elaborate 7 tiered centre piece from around Europe. And you thought cheese was just for crackers!
